I believe the 9/15 date was stuck in my mind because we changed to a calendar year from fiscal year for SEC reporting. That means Q3 ends in Sept....but I am confused obviously as the reporting would not be due until Oct. and I suspect you have 30 days to file it.....so MY APOLOGIES for misinformation on the next reporting being due 9/15 when it is clear it is not due until 10/30...ooops....nobody is perfect. Funny....I can't recall how I got 9/15 stuck in my mind but I was JUST SURE that was the date....oh well...wishful thinking. I had posted it here for over a month and no one caught it until Manny did today. Thanks for watching out for me Manny!!!
