My only problem with you is that you tend to used EXCESSIVE violent and threatening langauge in your posts. If you want to be considered a "spine" for the GAAY folk, you need to show a tad more "Managerial Reserve". 3. There are 5,606 shareholders. 4. There are 83,395,750 free trading shares 5. Frank Olsen has 14,100,000 shares of which he is looking to retire 10,000,000. 6. The 'bigger' investors are Long Term. 7. It seems that the merger with QBID will NOT be going thru. 8. GAAY is negotiating for the Television rights. THERE WILL BE AN ANNOUNCEMENT in the next 2/3 days regarding this. 9. The Internet Radio is 100% GAAY. In my conversation with Mr. French, this was the first time that i had called anyone at GAAY, I found him forthright and willing to answer my questions. As I am a novice at this 'stuff', he was patient in explaining it to me in laymens terms. He STRESSED, that the constant bickering on this board and on ITCH, was the probable cause of the merger not happening. CAN I PLEASE MAKE A SUGGESTION........... CAN THE QBID FOLK GO TO QBID BOARD AND THE GAAY FOLK STAY HERE. Let's NOT bash each other anymore. We are separate entities. Finally, I did express that I felt a lot of us originally bought into GAAY, because of the Bingo. When we were told by the ITCHers that we no longer had the Bingo, this was very unnerving. I still do have reservations about how management handled this. It was explained to me that the need for money caused this reorganization in the ownership (these are my words here). The negotiations that are now on, are to retain the Television rights to the Bingo and the Auction. SO..............Still long on Gaay. I will keep my 3000 ITCH shares, what the heck. I hope this helps us. I needed to call myself as I no longer knew who or what to believe.
