May I have your source for those so I can use it in future (like for HUM)?

For Canadian companies I use this but you must register which is presently free.

I use this for NASDAQ and NY listed companies. At one time they use to carry Canadian companies but now they don't

Re: HUM
Things I was concerned about...
1.) balance sheet not as nice as GAC
2.) could be knocked off by a competitor more easily
than GAC?
3.) higher multiple than GAC looking forward.

1. They bought PcDocs for a all cash offer which caused their balance sheet to look bad before that they had excess cash.

2. A few people were scared that Microslop would knock them off but that hasn't happened so far.

3. If Geac can get the JBA deal done and put together a good quarter we should see the multiple go up which it has done in the past week. The Y2K problem should be coming to a end very shortly and that means more money for new software which should help the software companies and here is why I say this.

PSFT had big volume 16 mil share and up 1 11/16

"The first two priorities haven't changed," Kugel said. "But a lot of companies are finishing Y2K efforts and are going back to projects that were put on hold."

JBA is 241p still below 250p. Sure hope tomorrow we get some good news on the deal.
