CALGARY, Sept. 28 /CNW/ - The Churchill Corporation is pleased to
announce that its subsidiary, Fuller Austin Insulation, has been awarded major
contracts by C2Plus and Fluor Daniel Canada with a combined value of $12
million.
The $10 million C2Plus contract includes the installation of insulation
and cladding on piping at the Nova Chemical Ethylene 3 project near Joffre,
Alberta. This project is scheduled to commence prior to the end of the year.
The $2 million Fluor Daniel Canada contract entails the installation of
insulation and cladding on equipment and piping at the Union Carbide LP7
Polyethylene Project near Prentiss, Alberta and will start immediately.
Hank Reid, Churchill's President and CEO, is very pleased with these two
major projects. ''Fuller Austin's 37 year record of successfully completing
major insulation jobs in the petrochemical industry continues to be well
received by the market. We believe that the industrial construction market in
Alberta will continue to be strong during the next several years.''
