For the first half of 1999, revenues were $7.9 million, a 236% increase over first half 1998 revenues of $2.3 million. Of the
$5.5 million increase over the first six months of 1998, $1.8 million, or 33% of the increase, was attributable to revenues from
the Company's PartsVoice LLC subsidiary. The remaining $3.8 million, or 67% of the increase, was attributable to an increase
in Cobalt's client base and to the provision of additional services to new and existing clients. The net loss for the first half was
$6.1 million, versus net income of $0.2 million for the first half of 1998, which included a gain of $1.6 million from the sale of the
company's HomeScout division.

Net income in the second quarter and first half of 1999 was affected by non-cash stock based compensation charges of $1.0
million and $1.3 million for the second quarter and the first six months, respectively, and amortization of goodwill from the
Company's acquisition of PartsVoice LLC in the amount of $0.9 million for both the second quarter and the first six months.
