NEW YORK, Sept. 27 /PRNewswire/ --Individual Investor Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: INDI - news) today announced several
key publishing appointments in its print publishing division. Harvey M. Lichtman, 52, was appointed publisher of the company's
flagship magazine, Individual Investor. Lichtman was previously publisher of Individual Investor's Ticker magazine, the largest
circulation magazine for investment advisors, financial planners and brokers. David M. Miller, 35, was promoted to publisher of
Ticker. Both Lichtman and Miller report to Brette Popper, president and chief operating officer of Individual Investor Group.

''Over the past three years, Harvey has proven that he can win in an incredibly competitive environment. Under his leadership,
Ticker has achieved an audited circulation of 100,000 this year, the largest in its competitive set. The October issue of Ticker,
