Can't speak to what happened last year, I don't know enough of the history to know what you are talking about. The volume looks good though. I got a chance to see the CEO present to an investment club to which I belong the other day. He has known one of the other members for 17 years, a guy who helped them put together the private placement and who is advising the company. Mr. Rabins seemed like a nice enough guy but I wouldn't have bought shares in the company (as I did earlier today) solely based on his presentation. The member who presented him is a man of impeccable integrity, a keen judge of equities and a highly-successful investor with a long track record. Based on that and some brief DD, I was comfortable establishing a small position. We'll see how things progress from here...
