A positive point that I see is that the whole semi-conductor industry is just in the beginning of a new cycle that will probably last at least a couple of years. Tom St Dennis most likely has left some big money on the table in the way of options and such by leaving amat, so he either see's a very large payoff in wind, or Fiddler &Co have snowed everyone over, including themselves. I hope it's the first option...
