Thanks JW - just don't care for the macroeconomic backdrop surrounding the overall market such as:

1) continued higher oil prices - inflationary
2) continued dollar weakness - inflationary
3) continued Fed jawboning - does anyone ever remember the Fed governors making so many speeches? - must need the speaking fees I guess
4) continued interest rate jitters
5) continued B.S. concerning Y2K
6) continued misunderstanding by the Street of the Q business model - the ANALyst community is a pathetic lot who have their own agenda and speak with forked tongues

After having said all that, the Q is cheap and is a buy so who are the idiots who are selling their Q stock now. What do they see that this thread doesn't? Beats the hell out of me. Time to go to the Mandalay Bay, get a tall stiff drink, smoke a nice Cuban cigar and watch some fine Vegas women strolling their stuff at Mandalay's wave pool.

jmanvegas - long/strong on the Q

Jim,

A weaker dollar would help export prices thus being a good thing for Q export prices. Somewhat simplistic, but Q handsets and ASIC's would become a better value to the Far East as it relates to a weaker dollar.
