Hello IS: WCAP It could go to 20 near term, but I don't think so. Volume dissipated shortly after I sold at 18. Now trading 17 and fractionally lower. Back to illiquidity. I wonder who bought the 40,000+ shares that were a point higher in the last hour. Dare they sell now??? I remember AVCO and the other firm. Very ugly business to have in the public eye. If AMPD was on the fault side of that fiasco, I could imagine a number of rude terms for the PD portion that start with communication technology such as 'data Pump' and 'stack Dump'; non-financial, of course....
