Onex bid is not well understood by the public!!

8.25 is for half your shares , for the other half
may get shares in the new Airco. It took the financial
community weeks to understand it and finally evaluate the new company at $16 a share. So, on the one hand you get 8
on the other you get 16 so the average is 12!!
Air canada will go up to 12 easily shortly. Actually its
price is irrelevant in case of a merger. Also , if the merger does not take place AC should settle between 12 and 15 because this its actual value !!
