Just to clarify last post
Neither company owns the building or land.
PSTS INC bought fixtures etc. from Sun Systems Broadcasting through bankruptcy court.
ITHC/PSTS Inc now owns some cameras and has a BIG monthly lease payment to make. They won't do that without a tenant-GAAY

I doubt if the equipment is worth more than 2-3 million max
It's at least 2 1/2 years old, and that stuff gets obsolete fast
I worked at a studio for a while-and watch lots of equipment get tossed
