STGA(Saratoga Brands) I can't believe you guys are not all over this one. Little or no downside with e-commerce twist. NASDAQ small cap turn around story. Now trading at all time low. Hit $.25/share today (third time in the last few days it has bounced off that number). Only $5 Million shares float about $4 Million. Book Value of $.75 about $.50/share tangible...land, buildings, equipment etc. e.g. own a building worth $1.2 Million with outstanding mortgage of $700,000. Intangible assets mainly consist of delivery routes for catering business. They also have a factoring agreement with lender.. so working capital is not a problem. made $.02 each of the last two quarters which translates to a P/E of about 3. Price per sales is a ridiculously low .10 (ASSUMING PRICE ABOUT $.25) Price has dropped on fears of reverse split or delisting ..nothing tangible as far as I can tell. Management is projecting better margins and sees great promise for web site. BTW, BIPL looks great too. More later, Joe
