Lew, Thanks for all your informative posts. Pardon my ignorance, but what "12 million" is that? Is there any way that you know of that we can download a copy of the suit so that we can see first-hand all that is being alleged in the suit? Some of the points you have made in past posts seem to indicate that UP is involved in the suit to a greater extent than Bob Walsh indicates in his post. I am not clear on the implications for UP of the suit. Will appreciate any help you can give us. Keep up the good work.
