Rob,

I think this supports my thesis that TokyoJoe was not the primary cause of the upward direction. He probably helped with the rate of increase but I think we must look elsewhere for the primary cause. I still think that institutions are accumulating. Up until now (as in the last month)I think this was only a retail stock. This is no longer a Micro-Cap only. If they had this market cap when the Russell re-balanced ACTM would have been included in the 2000. I think therefore they are on the radar screen for institutions. Unfortunately I can confirm my hypothesis about three months after the fact when the filings are submitted.

I am having trouble arriving at a price target. Any help with that?
