Thanks Len; From that my take on it is; the way the Attorney General's office is set up we have a conflict of interest problem, and being that office is considered the Justice Department, maybe it would be
better if the A.G. answered to the Supreme Court, and not
the President.

It points out how Nixon was able to fire so many
A.G.s and if that's the case I think it's subject to give to much power to the office of the President. I'd rather the supreme court
be able to fire her,( or whoever ) if they came up with a majority
vote, or the senate should be able to impeach her, but get the
position from under the President's control.
