ESFT should start moving on LINUX momo--This from 8/11 press release : eSoft Inc. (Nasdaq: ESFT), the company that develops and markets TEAM Internet(R), a Linux(TM)-based Internet access solution for small businesses, today announced that due to it's restocking order from a Linux OEM deal with BANG! (Broadband Access Networking Group), it has surpassed the 7,000 units shipped milestone.

In June, BANG! and eSoft jointly developed a Linux-based product that optimized broadband connectivity called the Broadband 2000(TM). The Linux solution drove its success leading to the restocking order recently placed.

"TEAM Internet is clearly the market leader for Linux-based Internet access systems," said Jeff Finn, president and CEO of eSoft. "Over the past few months, eSoft has led the charge on meeting and exceeding the domestic and international demand for Linux-based software. Selling over 7,000 Linux-based units to date represents a growing market demand for eSoft's Linux solution. We offer one of the world's largest groups of Linux engineers who can deliver quality software applications while achieving significant time-to-market advantages."
