pcln, agil from Harmon.

What's The Bottom Line On Priceline?

"Steve - PCLN is near its all-time trading low..>Goldman recommended
the
stock this morning and PCLN will be presenting at the Goldman Sachs
retail
conference on Weds...do you like it at these levels"

=>reply: pcln - i have never been comfortable with the amount of
options
that priceline has that make the fully-diluted market cap much higher
than
you see in any market cap table

fully-diluted market cap is another $2.9 billion -- another 46.8
million
fully diluted shares that most observers miss when factoring its
valuation

it was the same when priceline went public; it gave away a ton of
options
to the airlines, delta got a boatload

basically i admire priceline's success in changing the market for
airline
ticket buying for extra seats

it wants to move into other areas but those are experiments
meanwhile i think mercata (owned by paul allen) and accompany.com may
have
better aggregated buying models

agile - at current valuation levels this one looks like it has promise
to
me, the market it serves in business to business may be huge

>>>>OK! need to confess: I initiated a small position on dclk around 99 1/2. Now I have a basket of big nuts. (all small positions)

Got in at 98 but dumped it before the close.

In the afternoon, closed my QQQ, shorted IIJI for six points, scalped 1/2 in MEDI(got out before the close).

I am all in cash.

MEDI looks good for tomorrow. I most probably get back in.

I am going into day-trading mode, taking nothing home.
