It was not down today because of more irresponsible reporting by Rueters. They announced in their press release that received rights to make and distribute Pokemon toys. What they neglected to inform the public about was that those rights are only to sell Pokemon to Carnivals and State Fairs and that the rights are non exclusive. I also found out that Carnivals and State Fairs spend the same amount of money. In other words if a Carnival has been spending a million dollars on trinkets from PBYP. They will just buy more Pokemon and less trinkets from them. The bottom line is they spend the same million dollars.

Because July 31 was its fiscal year-end, these guys have until the end of October to file the 10-K. They have used the full allotment of time each of the prior two years. The earnings release has come a few days before that.

This is not necessarily a BK, but the company is in a very unstable operating position and the existence of three different creditors and absolutely no traditional means of raising new cash makes for no good options here. Something bad will happen for shareholders, either of an erosive nature and/or a mercilessly quick and heavily dilutive nature.
