Dear Skip: Would you fill us (me) in a little on the record and replay services that Don alluded to in relation to AT&T and Frontier. He mentioned 300 replays increasing to 800 replays by the end of Nov. What is the potential revenue stream; profit stream etc. He mentioned this is one of the most profitable segments of their business with 80 g.m.'s. I'll be honest with you; I 've been in TSIS for 20 months and I know little about this segment of their business. For example,why are these prerecorded messages of an internal nature that a big 'bell' would wish to make available over a toll free number not be recorded and replayed internally ( by the 'bell' themselves) and I'm even less sure how they (TSIS ) recognizes revenue from the internet replay. Anything you can offer would be greatly appreciated........
