LindyBill: Chuckle. Thought I was on a roller coaster with INTC, MSFT and CSCO in the early days (long before I for one heard of a chasm, let alone crossing one). Maybe the swings were a little less than the Q right now but the prices were much lower due to regular splits so it didn't feel as wild perhaps. But my wife thought it was.- particularly when I was stretching out using margin. :-) (At least don't do that no mo).

Mike keeps trying to remind us that just because a stock is a gorilla doesn't mean you relax, close your eyes, and enjoy the ride. But on the other hand hanging in there through the ups and downs is in itself a little safer perhaps. Have always enjoyed my flyers the most I'll admit. But then have been fortunate that usually the ups beat the downs by a good bit. The best idea is to choose well.

Cheers.
