Thats how Death Spiral Financing works. Slow agonizing death of floorless convertible holders shorting the stock slowly and slowly, its almost like they are the SSB's (Those Darn Shorters). Only companies that are desperate for money only do this type of Financing. Softlink fits the mold. Who else but a SSB would know the Truth about this. Softlink had but a poultry $700,000 in revenues for those thingiemagigies and lost 14 cents per share. The bagel shop down the road from me did better than that and they made money. Also your math is flawed. 5 million in the float and 10 million outstanding? How about that $3,000,000 in equity financing? Convertible at 50 cents, a penny, we will never know until softlink issues those audited financials they have been promising for months!! A Bevy of good news and yet the stock continues to stink!! or is it Sink? Both are appropriate. But good luck to you!!
