Yes the Sword of Damocles has hung over Francois's head many times. Maybe you could answer the question of what the terms of the 3,000,000 equity financing was? You have copies of everything I have on SFLK so you should be an expert on the reg s abuses. I for one can't wait for the financials to come out so I can dissect them for ya.
Maybe you being an astute attorney can comment on why Softlink would be associated with such a great IR person?
