Phil, what I do not understand is why are these non existent shares registered now if the options have not been granted yet, and of course if the free shares to whomever have not been gifted yet. Typically, one would register shares before their sales, typically also, these options should result in rule 144 shares (restricted) rather immediately free trading. It is also strange that they found it more important to register these rather than the shares involved with the new financing.

Next time you may also ask about the options in the old VIS plan, are these cancelled or there are an additional 17.5 MM shares that will come into the float sooner or later?

Susie,

I'm just across (west) the river from you looking east. How did you manage to avoid the meteor, a very large lizard, Bruce Willis in a general's uniform, Ed Koch, and Kurt (the Snake) Russell over the past few years?

I'm sure I overlooked a few of the lesser disasters.
