Q on exact conversion process: I just re-read
the 12/21/98 8-K. If CC wants to convert they
must fax both vlnc and the transfer agent. They
must then overnight the certificate for the prefered
within 2 days.

The company must deliver a certificate for common
shares within 3 days of receiving the fax. I
would assume that the transfer agent will not
automatically issue common shares without being
requested by the company to do so.

Suppose CC sends a fax tomorrow am saying, "gimme
my common shares". Would the transfer agent
start counting the new common shares tomorrow, or
only on the day they actually deliver them to CC?

If anybody calls the transfer agent tomorrow please
confirm the exact process. I'd hate to see
anyone jumping to the wrong conclusion based on
misunderstanding the point in the process at
which the common shares are officially counted.

Larry B. can you help to clarify this?

CC will not convert tomorrow despite your gleeful, repetitive ranting about it. You are wrong, again. Would you like to wager?
