DW; on BPNT; "connecting real world to cyberworld"; consumers will love it; some merchants will not (depending upon their pricing structure); brilliant, innovative technology allowing the user to access stock quotes, yellow pages, web-portals, databases, 100M products etc.; InfoBeam allows for wireless hand-held technology for easy mobility; could truly revolutionize the way we shop; the chart looks very good; trading volume low; no SEC documents available through Edgar, Yahoo & other financial service websites; need to know: float, cash on hand, management's experience and long-term debt; except for a few press releases and a 'under construction' website, there isn't much to go on except the story itself; it all sounds great...however, you may want to be cautious until you see either a prospectus or current financial statements; here's the chart: clearstation.com if you can locate the info.
