I have to use an ergonomic work-station desk with the keyboard adjusted to exactly the right height to keep from getting carpal tunnel. I got this one at Costco (like everything else), I think it was $125. Keying is very hard on the ligaments of the hand.

I got better once I started taking thyroid, for some reason low thyroid makes you more susceptible for stuff like that.

My sister (Lydia, the nurse)says those bumps are called felons, and they used to "cure" them by whacking them with a book. Nice to have trained health care providers in the family.

You can get exotic rice at an ethnic grocer. If there are no ethnic grocers, then try

ethnicgrocer.com

I've never tried them, but they look good. The link was in the Washington Post food section yesterday.

I wish sometimes I could live in my imagination an hour or two a
day-really live in it, not just pretend.

<<I couldn't even find basmati at the grocery store. I wonder where I can find jasmine. >>
