There are some very specific charges made in this e-mail about Kugler who simply tried to aid the shareholders in uncovering the scam being perpetrated by RMIL and it's supporters.

Aiding and abetting illegal shorts ????? How would that be proven ? It seems to me that Kugler tried to show that the "huge" short position was ficitonal.

" passing insider information to others about meetings with private companies wanting to go public" . Talking to a private company that wants to go public doesn't constitute insider information.

It seems that the writer is making charges that would be impossible to prove in a court of law. I wonder how a judge would rule on something like this. We may very well found out.

It appears that someone was passing some libelous information in the hopes that Kugler's information would be disregarded.
