I believe it has to go/stay above 1 as one of the minimum listing requirements. They may be forced to do a reverse split.

Listing/Trading,

Since the banks are willing to trade debt for equity and are putting up $60mil for the restructuring, they can damn well bid the stock price to anywhere they want it to be. A million bucks at this juncture (which is peanuts to the banks) would move the stock in quantum leaps. Can you imagine the bankers doing this deal on a stock issue with no market? It's a rhetorical question.

K
