With a float of only 3 million, CRGI could well cross a buck with a little upward volume. The company needs to get the Form 10 filings together, no question. A company that screws that up and gets delisted winds up spending at least 60 days on the pinks (from the day it originally files--assuming it is ultimately cleared by the SEC). That would be a bad thing.

Speaking of low floats, I read somewhere that MEHO has a float of less than 400,000. Seems like there would be an opportunity there for a large group of a certain mindset.
