Of course Intel management wouldn't tell Tenchusatsu about program delays.

Intel's management would, instead, fly down to hot, steamy Austin and go to some dirty garage shop and tell OUR LITTLE SCREWDRIVER BUDDY - Ail Chin - all about the delays - and keep Intel employees in the dark.
