I'm no audio engineer but i'm sure some of his claims have merit while others are far from the truth.
The fact remains that many on this forum (and Yahoo & Bull)
have seen and heard (I haven't seen a demo myself) Hypersonic Sound from ATCO and were dazzled by it... as far as my understanding of the situation ATCO is the closest to having a marketable product(which is patent protected) and that's why we see so much enthusiam about ATCO's HSS.

My intentions of bringing this individual to this forum's and ATCO's attention was for them to contact him and possibly employ him or make him a consultant..........

but what the heck do I know?

I have heard ATCO's Hypersound technology along with a room full of underwater acoustics scientists from the Naval Research Lab and I, as well as the whole room, was very impressed. Mr. Norris, at the time, said that the technique had been attempted by various research groups but without success. The device I heard successfully generated a beam of sound that could be directed much like a beam of light from a flash light. The sound quality was decent but not high fidelity but that was over a year ago. This technology has a lot of applications, many of which are voice based and can operate very well with a limited bandwidth. I hope this helps.
