Think of the "Fri/Mon pre-expiration swoon" I keep yapping about as being a bell curve. It's most likely that it's Fri/Mon, but there's still a high probability that it's within a day or two either way. There's always bad news, it always looks like the end of the world, etc., but they just about always yank it right back up. This is a market-wide phenomenon.

FWIW, I put in an order after the bounce to 77+ to go long at 75 1/4 (I figured they would respect yd's low and make a nice double-bottom) and then went out and started the day's errands. Doh! Picking it up at 73-and-change instead would have been a nice payday by the close. Ah well. Mona, I'm sorry for all those nasty snipes I make at your expense! Come on out and give us a re-iteration to keep us warm and dry all weekend!

What's magic about the (Bang Bang, Maxwell's Silver) hammer candle? I know what candles are, but not what the different ones mean.
