Thanks a lot John!!! As thorough of a job as Genome Securities did when they made that Web site for CIST, they did not include patent number 4,923,802. Tracing the patent back to a university that works with CIST makes your assumption seem very believable even without any other proof. If there were SEC filings back to 1990 there would probably be a statement about patent 4,923,802.
