Scott,

Technically, CGN looks decent.

It looks interesting, until you see the spread--over 10% between the bid and ask. Liquidity is the key issue here for me; given the historically soft returns we get in September through October, I don't want to commit to anything that has poor spreads, low volume, and offers no hedging abilities (i.e. options). (I'm really starting to like this options thing.) Also, with Y2K nearing and a weird interest rate environment, I would estimate that the propensity for profit taking is a bit higher than usual. At least that's how I am approaching the markets at this time.
