Vendit, I thought the chart looked ready to turn... part of the reason for bringing it to your attention. I know of no fundamental reason for the change. The company did have a private placement of additional stock recently, at around 12 I believe. As you know, these placements are usually at a very good price so the investor doesn't get shafted (See RNWK ~58). Optimism can be misleading, but the Grizzard acquisition has a caveat of MSGI at ~22 on or about 10/5. This is all from recollection... buyer beware. Regards, Roy
