Steven- I hate to be unkind, but these are stupid questions framed in an equally stupid fashion. They are not worth my while even attempting to frame a response. As is typical of you, your questions are non-sequiturs: they bear no relation to my comments to which you were allegedly responding. Kindly don't pester me again with such ill-considered rubbish.
