Wayne, how about a little follow up on your thoughts. Are you saying that MGR failed because Dave Webb invested the time and money of the investors into the Bumbat site in Mongolia, or are you saying that the Bumbat venture was a correct one for MGR, but Dave Webb's management of it was incorrect ? Late late year or early this year it became clear that the people in the Mongolian MAC company were giving out false information to Dave about resolving the conflict where they were not able to live up to their side of the agreement. At that point there was no doubt that those in Mongolia, Mongolian citizens of MAC, collected thru force or payback or favoritism of other Mongolian people in power the means to let MGR hang out to dry with the hope it will collapse into bankruptcy and be flushed down the toilet. At the above point in time I presented myself on this thread as a shareholder that has "turned against management" and demanded that they thru Dave Webb accept a settlement dictated by MAC. You may remember that Dave Webb did not accept this plan as being in MGR and shareholders interest, but to stand firm and accept justice not a surrender called defeated. The purpose of my posts was simply to demonstrate to those in Mongolia that a game of chicken or a waiting game would not bring them the results they hopped for. My undestanding of Dave Webb was that he would not take the path layed out by corruption in Mongolia, but stand firm. Reason for doing above was to advance the realization to those in Mongolia what was really happening and to show them that a waiting game to advance their collecting Bumbat thru MGR doing a belly up would not happen, So rather than wait a year, I forced Dave Webb to make his position clear on this public forum so that no doubt would be in Mongolia as to what MGR would do. Also, I wanted this hard tough stand to be set in concrete for all to see, and thus MGR to act upon it and deliver a plan to help MGR shareholders recovery value while waiting maby for years for MAC and those Mongolian "leaders" to do the honest thing. If the following statement of yours is not hot air and is truth spoken by you, then you are trying to short TDC to regain your investment while at the same time giving a screw job to other shareholders. If so, I hope you get screwed. << I will ... begin shorting this stock in a big BIG way.>> Doug
