I agree with your view. Sure evolution is a theory, but so are gravity and relativity. Evolution is the best scientific explaination we have, despite its faults.

If there is so much evidence to support all these theories, then why are they still theories? I'm not asking to push buttons, I really want to know. Who decides when a theory becomes a law, or something like that?
