I have visited LITH and have talked to their CEO. The team, the technology--and especially the patented continuous process Lith Poly manufacturing system is solid. They even have a 'next generation' battery with incredible performance and a lower mfg. cost.

Unfortunately, LITH has tried so hard to avoid spouting hyperbole that a great product is teetering on the brink of oblivion. If they had been willing to do some VLNC-style hornblowing, LITH stock would be trading around 5 and they'd have plenty of cash to carry them across the finish line. I think I'll be staying in the game, despite the 10Q, and just hope they can attract some cash. (But will also look into BLDP & MHTX.)

Javelyn, you may be right

about the Japanese getting product out sooner, but if the Nokia battery is the best they can do, don't you think there's still opportunity for others?
