Rebates. If what G.Moore says is true, it is a bit odd. Maybe Q is helping out PCS in its standard Q3 and Q4 marketing push (huge sequential and period over period gains in 1998 Q4) in consideration for some other strategic gambit between the two....Handset orders, WK use, other web browsing synergies? Or maybe the Q "rebate" is just laundering money between PCS and Q so it looks like Q is picking up some of the freight, for accounting gimmicks??? Regards. Steven
