Ok my point is this basically... HABE has nothing solid except the idea in Mr. Haber's head, the shareholders own stock and the only asset is the formula or some process or both, however, nothing is patented nor an exclusive heck not even current financials and probably no revenues or anything solid.

Also of the deal was cut withe HABE did the stock go to Haber or Habe, Inc. ? Orex on the other hand has a written agreement with the inventor. I do not see HABE acquiring mines and so forth ...

Where an exclusive would benefit HABE shareholders because they would know Habe has one source that they can see. Orex, I do not see needs anything but the demo and the open door aggreement they already have.

Once the demo proves out and the media picks up on it. Then Orex will have made contact with all mining operations just like a news release and basically can capitalize off the promotion since OREX paid for it.

ALso if HABE happens to deal this process or formula or both out to the wrong hands it will get reversed engineered where an exclusive would allow some protection against that because there are no patents.

This is why I prefer Orex over HABE and do not post on HABE... This asset the HABE shareholders keep refering to apparently is assigned to HABE or is it. Sure smell funny because of no patents nor even an exclusive. This was another stock's technology glitch and downfall.

Orex at least can do whatever under their aggreement and can basically ask for a piece of any pie that their labors and promotion (which they paid for) makes contact with since HABE is not footing the cost.

I know in another stock the exclusive turned out to be the mega problem because it had lasped. Again though HABE does not show me anything tangible except an idea ... Not that the idea is not real, from the lab reports it apprently is but I think greed wanting a to get a piece of all the pies in the future will be the waterloo to HABE. Where Orex has the open door agreement for first commercializing the HGP. Plus the right to capitalize off any promotion since OPRex has incurred the cost of to promotion HGP.

Hey I could be wrong.
