Hi lola, I noticed you expressed an interest in v-eel.

I bought in Wednesday before the halt, am wondering why your interest is there?

Do you know sumptin or is it just the chart you liked?

GTR/tse: when I punch in GIG on my Bloomberg it gives me all the info on GTR Group, but the quote. That tells me that pretty much everything is ready to go. I feel confident the listing should take place next week.

I have been reading all the recent articles about the video game industry recently. Interesting. A recent article in the Globe and Mail stated that Microsoft and Intel are teaming up to develop a video game console. It also stated that the industry is expected to grow from US$8.7 billion in 1998 to more than US$17.2 billion by 2003. No wonder Microsoft and Intel want a piece of the action. More recently the National Post said that first day sales of Sega's new 128 bit Dreamcast console estimated at US$45 million (it was launched yesterday) would out-strip the current one day record for an entertainment vehicle, held by the movie Star Wars: The Phantom Menace (US$24 million).

The acquisition of Mad Cast and the AMEX listing couldn't come at a better time: right before the Christmas season.
