to: jbe from: truedog jbe, All you have said here is "scholarly ESTIMATES","scholars DIFFER","generally assert","liberals believe",and "assumed". In other words, nobody KNOWS a thing!! So we are really back to where all this started some time ago. Belief in God, Jesus Christ, what was,or was not said,what did,or did not happen, etc.etc.etc., is a matter of Faith. The existence of the people in the Bible can not all be proved nor can they be disproved. I will continue with my Faith and others can do as they please. I do thank you for the links and will explore them when I get a little more time...TD
