Mike: I'd like to respond to your post, but I'm tired of airing opinion and balanced analysis for lurkers, journalists, analysts, enemies, resentful management teams, etc. The following link will take you to a listserv application form. I will use the listserv to discuss sensitive issues that I might otherwise keep in reserve or share with a very restricted group of friends. Anybody is welcome to join, but I will not accept anonymous handles or web-based email addresses. If I don't know you, I will probably require you to call and explain your motives.
