Chuck, I'll have to get back to you on this. I need to reference some material that I am unable to reference at the moment due to my physical location. I.e., I should cite sources. It may be a bit. I'm going fishing for a while starting this weekend.

Why the interest in .35 and .25? Is this applicable to the situation now?

Maybe Yousef can cite a source. Why don't you ask him for the sake of expediency?
