Ten, I agree, but Intel did pay too much in that MNA deal, for technology which evidently ended up being absorbed as you said. The company probably had a good MNA lawyer.

Paul, I hear you on that one. Both sort of had somewhat similar issues with respect to their future directions. Aside from maybe their one division (which was bought for $100M a year ago this month), I would agree with you, and hope Intel is not heading in that direction. Except, I noticed their stock doubled since they made that acquisition.

Which MotherBoard did you use - the Intel CA810 ?

Doesn't the 810 use one of those Audio Modem Riser cards with just the analog front end on it ?
