Hi, Final post ( I hope) on CSMA/CD :

Wi-Lan Device (superior W-OFDM device ) = Device W
Foreign Device = Device F
Both devices are forced to share the same space, in the Radio spectrum.

1. Device W and F both note that the "channel" is
clear, and begin to send at the same time.

2. Both signals crash

3. Both Devices sense the crash, and initiate a
Random Delay

4. Device W's Random Delay ends first
So ... Device W takes charge of the channel and
sends it's high speed video to your Home Entertainment
center.
End of boring story.... and hopefully I haven't forgotten
what thread I'm on again.
