wayne cath,

Here is an interesting post from SW:

Subject: If WSP wins the legal despute with Aber
Following is what the analyst from Canaccord tells us this morning:

"Scoping study supports robust economics of Snap Lake dike. NPV of $7.25/sh rises to $25/sh if WSP wins legal dispute with Aber to gain 84% of project & assuming 18.5M tonne deposit"

James continues to put out a "buy" recommendation.

IMO, contract law has precedence. The clauses in the JV agreement pertaining to notice and prescribed penalties for non performance are binding and enforceable. Winspear will prevail and has 84%:-))What about that CC estimate of NPV eh?:-))
