The LOOP said that off loading are expected to fall 8% for the month of Sept but throughput would remain at normal levels. Aug shipments where over 1 million bbl pper day and now it looks like Sept will be back to more normal levels. It appears they are busy the first half of the month but dead the second half. They had no off loading the last week in AUG so the 5 million drop in crude for the week is because they had nothing comming in. The LOOP is connected to the Capline pipline at St James La. which serves the Mid Continent region. It is the only deepwater off loading point in the US for VLCC. They average 25 to 30 ships per month. Mostly West African, North Sea, Latin American. Sometimes I think there are some large forces at work here in the market that I only get hints and bits and pieces. This crude thing is a monster
